Housing Stakeholders

- Neighborhoods in need of safe, affordable homes
Financial Opportunity Partnerships
We partner with financial institutions to provide:
- Homebuyer education
- Mortgage readiness support
- Access to lending opportunities
We believe financial literacy is strongest when paired with real financial opportunity and ownership pathways.
Neighborhood Wellness & Community Garden Initiative
As part of our revitalization plan, we designate one-half acre of land for a community garden managed by local residents.
With oversight from Tennessee State Extension Services, residents will receive training in:
- Growing fruits and vegetables
- Farm-to-table approaches
- Improving food accessibility
- Strengthening neighborhood engagement
